Overall Impression:
Highly emotive and superbly realized, «Onashaga» is both a deeply thought-provoking and sincerely reflective piece that both captivates and enthralls with its beautifully crafted melodies and harmonic elegance. Mauricio Escalona has composed and arranged a truly wonderful piece of music that takes you on a journey of poignant rumination, so much so that I honestly felt deeply moved throughout my listening experience. With its delicate temperament and strong feelings of equanimity, «Onashaga» will profoundly move listeners and I strongly believe this would make a fantastic piece of film music.
